2020 Conference Live Webinar Attendee Testimonials
Thanks to you all for doing such a wonderful job with the conference. I loved it, loved it, loved it. I cannot express how happy it made me. It was really as if I was there, and there was the added dimension of it being so personal. I felt as if I was there with each artist. ~ B. Homan, MI
My first convention, and everything/everyone absolutely exceeded my expectations! So thoughtfully planned and well-executed, cannot thank you enough for this memorable “staycation”. Thank you for allowing us into your studios, processes and thoughts - the featured artists have all been rock stars to me, and I feel so privileged and inspired! ~ D. Wicks, FL
The online conference was wonderful & a great learning opportunity for participants from across the world. ~ A. Gopal, India
Throughout the last 22 years, many of our members have shared with us that our annual The Art of the Portrait conference is one of the few opportunities that they have to connect with other artists and become part of a fulfilling endeavor related to their interests and profession. This year we are celebrating 23 years hosting this major event after hosting our first Live Webinar Conference in the Fall of 2020.
Join us May 6-9, 2021 once again for a Live Webinar Conference as we continue to navigate the global health crisis. We have modified the original schedule to fit an online format. Join us for one of four pre-conference workshops starting Monday, May 3, 2021. Then, join us for the start of the conference at 4:30pm on Thursday, May 6, 2021. Fifteen faculty members will deliver panel discussions, presentations, and demonstrations until May 9, 2021 at 4:00pm. On Saturday, May 8, 2021, we will present the 2020 International Portrait Competition winners, the Signature Status recipients, and the Gold Medal recipient, Max Ginsburg. Register today for our second Live Webinar Conference.
