2013 International Portrait Competition
Our goal is to create an exhibition, in conjunction withour annual conference, of the finest portrait and figurative work being created today worldwide. The competition is open to all artists, members and non-members.
Submission deadline is March 4, 2013. Click on the prospectus to the left and read all the rules and guidelines.All entries must be uploaded through the website in a jpg digital format.Over $60,000 in cash and prizes. The Draper Grand Prize includes cash and prizes totalling over $10,000 and a feature article in International Artist magazine.

Top award winners will be eligible for over $60,000 in cash and prizes. The William Draper Grand Prize includes a feature article in International Artist Magazine and a cash prize of $5,000 sponsored by Jack Richeson & Co. Finalist also receive recognition in the Art of the Portrait® Journal and on the Portrait Societys website. Top 20 finalists receive complementary tuition to The Art of the Portrait® Conference 2014, as well as other cash and prizes.
